The emergency of light therapy products for acne treatment has created an expanding industry, however many of these products simply don’t work. Blue and red LED therapies, photo-therapy devices, along with other handheld goods are commonly underpowered or battery operated. Only a table top unit permits treatment plans which are long enough to be effective. While LEDs are very effective for specialized medical units, in home use along with consumer units this particular technology is normally too weak to produce a improvement when treating acne.
