Margarine

And that face has to carry the entire movie. I mean exactly THAT face. It’s not going to change. You may think it is, but it’s not. You will lose that bet. You might as well go stare at cats all day. If you’re lucky, maybe it will melt. Spoiler alert: stick of butter gets her guy in the end.

When I first saw the plot description, they had already pretty much lost me at “Sandra Bullock…”, I drifted even further away upon reading the fragment “Sandra Bullock plays eccentric crossword puzzle constructor Mary Horowitz…” then ran screaming once the words “blind date”, “endearing group of oddballs” and “journey” passed my eyeballs.

I want to take an eccentric oddball journey far away from her face.

She’s had (what looks like) a mini face lift and her upper lids done – what a shame.

WOW…What a shame!!! She was beautiful before. Why on earth did she want to alter her face. It’s just as crazy as Meg Ryan’s mishap. I’m so sad…so sad.

Sometimes the contract says, “If actress over 40, face lift required.”

Sometimes the agent says, “I know this guy who knows this guy, he can fix that for you.”

In Fight Club as Tyler Durden, Brad Pitt accidentally chipped a tooth and then deliberately held back on having it repaired until after filming, because he felt it added authenticity.

To be in The Machinist, Christian Bale starved himself about 3/4 to death, and that wasn’t even by demand or request of the director.

What would you do for a 3 million dollar cash advance plus a percentage cut off the top of box office grosses?

Mary Bale the cat lady reminds me of one of Bladerunner’s replicants – right after the ‘entre of boiled dog’ question in the Voight-Kampff test, "You find a cat alone in the street. You pet it, and then what?"
